i have a problem when i converrt my 3ds to m2 file and try to open it usin the m2 importm2 script it says failed to read anim and sometimes mesh

Anyway you don't have the correct Model Injection tools needed.
Models which have animations will not be able to be implemented into the game after modification, without it.
