[Question] Attempting to put spell animation on weapon, but...

So I had an idea for a enchant to possibly put on a weapon. Its a debuff that you can get in zangarmarsh, so if it can be put on the player, I figured maybe it could be put on a weapon as well. Anyway, its from Umbraglow Stingers and the debuff is called Glowing Blood. It looks really cool when you walk around, and I think would make for an awesome weapon enchant effect. I seem to recall seeing this same type of spell effect on what I thought was a mage. I asked a friend of mine to cast most of his spells, but didnt see what I was looking for before he had to go to Gruul's Lair.

I am pretty sure I have seen it on mage/lock/or priest in a clear watery color... maybe not lol. Hard to tell :P I tried doing a search for the name of the spell and the name of the mob in multiple mpq files but havnt found anything yet, so I am starting to think that it might be named whatever the class spell is and just changed to the green color that you see from the mob debuff. So... if anybody has a chance while they are in zangarmarsh to take a look at the Glowing Blood debuff from one of these guys and has an idea of what the spell related is, I would appreciate it as I would really like to attempt this and share it with the rest of the community here.
