[Question] When i use DBC editor....

i cant save my work, it gives me a windows error telling me something, then i lose my itemsdisplayinfo work i had just done, preventing me from making my own model edits.

Anyone know what may be causing this problem? I tried repairing windows framework thinking that may be the problem and that didn't help.

Could it be mine might be a little out dated and that not having the most updated version, its causing these problems?

please help me out, im gonna see if theres a newed one than what i have.

Often happens when you've screwed up the DBC.
Never delete fields, leave them alone. Only replace the ones you need.
I believe that's your problem.

yup, that would explain it, was tyring to make aldor (mage t4) shoulders into mage grand marshal ones, and i deleted the extra t4 stuff, gonna go do it again and keep that stuff.

one last problem (i hope/think) when i log on, it shows my char with the model edit working fine ect, only my weapon doesnt show up, and when i log into wow, it just hangs up at the loading bar at full screen, doesnt acually go into the game and stuff, just stops and plays the music, any other sugestions for this Dragon?

Dunno, what have you tried model changing your weapon into?
If you can't do it with DBC, or have problems with it, try it with WDB, there's a guide somewhere around.
