Can't use DBC Editor

Everytime i save something in DBC Editor, it will show me exception error and will not save it.
It worked normal, but now it is messed up and i dont know how to fix it

Convert your DBC files to CSV for editing. There should be tools for conversion and editing in the apps sticky.
