Blood Elf Female --> Orc Male

I've successfully done a Blood Elf Female to Human Female, and figured out the Helm Fix in 2.2, but for some reason I just can't get my Blood Elf Female turned into Orc Male. If anyone could post this patch it would be greatly appreciated, I'll have no problem fixing the helm myself if there is something wrong with the head (which i heard there was because bef have so many hairstyles). Thanks for any help.
