the axe animation changed into Polearm animation

damnit, i searched the whole forums here but i didn't find something that could help me... so i decited to post something in here

what i need is :

Axe-animation - Polearm animation

i don't want the direct file to this, i need a guide or something like that^^ i couldn't find one...

would be happy if someone could help me :wave:

I wasn't so lucky when I tried myself, I don't Know What I did wrong and still kind of in the dark about it. If anything it's going to take some patience on my side to learn how to do it. If someone would point us in the right direction that would be great.

i found this guide too^^ but in this guide the te only teachs us how to change the position of a weapon, and how to change a weapon into another...
not to change the animation, doesn't ?

i understand this guide and it worked for me
my gladiatoraxe is on my back with the top over my head, but if i hit an enemy, it still looks like i would use an axe, no polearm
