Thats not completely true. Considering you can make programmer island in kalimdor (Not instanced) and Emerald Dream into well quite a few places that are un instanced. Technically yes you could do this with Outland, however it was removed completely in the game files 1.10.2 less a few doodads and what have you. Really if you wanted to you could instance anything, You could do all of Kalimdor inside somewhere if you really wanted to.

A friend of mine said that even tho the game files were removed it was still possible (getting the files from somewhere else i asume). He didnt tell me how he did, he wouldnt tell me so i was just wondering if u guys had an idea of what he did.

Well its quite easy to just revert to pre patch and extract them their then just update to play on a live server. Also I believe if you have the downloader for 1.10 saved you can just DL it as a completely seperate patch.mpq if WoW isnt installed. Its pretty much the same all around, say for instance you wanna get on top of Org like you could pre 1.11, just go into the original game files ( they dont get updated, the patch.mpq just over rides them) and extract, rename and use your patch to override blizzards patch. Should be essentially the same thing, but i havent really bothered to check since i did outlands when it was still live.
