Green texture?

I tried swapping the pandarens eye color to green by taking the red pandarens eye color and lasoed the eye in photoshop and copy and pasted over this faces eye color. What went wrong? I have the alpha layerso i dont think that is it.


My guess is im saving it wrong? im using a a converter, then photoshopping and then saving the file as .PNG adn replacing the orginal .png then converting the .png to .blp. someone told me to check my file format, and as far i i know, .png and.blp are right.
