Hey i got a question about model edit...if i were to change my NE male into a male cow will all the NE i see ingame/make myself be male cows also? Also what do i do to let me see the change ingame, like you just put the download file in the data folder but do i need any other programs?

Yah, all NE Males would be a Tauren (no cows) male. You'll need the ModelEditFix.exe found in a sticky in the model editing forums, just pop that in your World of Warcraft folder and run it, the fix will launch WoW.
