Trying to make a FULL male to female model swap. Having issues.

I've been running into a lot of problems while trying to make a 100% collection of male to female model edits.

If anyone knows where I can go to fix some of the problems I am experiencing, that would be just peachy ^_^. Then I can share with everyone in a nice consolidated manner on how I did all the things/who told me how to do all the things

Currently trying to hammer out issues with Human / Nightelf I've got right now.

Helms don't sit how they're supposed to
and
the night elf faces just do not want to get fixed.
NPC faces ALL refuse to get fixed so far
(Human faces get fixed, but they retain facial hair.)

Does anyone know where I can start fixing either of the issues?

Fixed the helmet issue.
There's two ways I found to fix the helmet issue:
First solution: Rename all of the helms to the female counterparts. PROS: With bulk rename, this is easy. CONS: This fix is roughly 700MBs
Second Solution: Change the pointer in the DBC of all Helms to that of the female models. PROS: Extremely small and easy single file fix. CONS: I do not know how to mass edit over 3000 entries quickly, much less accurately in DBC files.
