    Race Swap for MoP

    I found some old race swaps from a couple decades ago, but they don't work anymore, so I've been looking for a guide to make them myself, so they can work with MoP and latest patch, 5.2 as of right now.
    Any idea where I can find a proper guide ? as I've been looking around and can't find anything, and the things that I do find, don't work with MoP. An explanation on how to do it will also suffice, if a guide is not available. Thanks in advance.
