Aq40 remove an wall

hi, my problem is i must go to the quest npcs. which are by c'thun

i need someone who can edit the wall which is by skeram(1st boss aq40), so i can jump into the placeholder and than i can go to c'thun. i know it works because with an old patch where you could go trough walls, there was a way
