Mount Issue

I changed the model of my StormSabre to a sheep. everything is fine other then 2 things.

1) i cannot get it to take a different skin, it keeps the tiger skin and looks funky.

2) When i summon my mount, i actually become the mount. I would prefer to be riding it. is that a issue w/ what i may be doing. or just something that cannot change.

i'm following Krazee's guide word for word. great great guide, just cannot get this part to work.
