Tier 5 and 6 Helm Files

I've been doing helm fixes recently, where I need to use the specific helm model, but I'm having problems finding tier 5 and 6 helm files. I've looked through every .mpq archive and I never got them. I just need to find the tier 5 deathmantle model for a merciless gladiator's helm. Maybe I'm just not seeing something, or there's something I've passed over. But if somebody can please let me know where I can locate these files for the tier 5 and 6 helms let me know.

Btw, I have located the exact file on WoW Model Viewer, as well as the treepath.
"Item/ObjectComponents/Head/helm_leather_raidrogue_e_01_scf.m2

That e is indicating the 5th tier, but when I look in MWCM I can only find files at D, which is a mystery to me.
