Texture Glare

Hi! When ever I edit my Texture theres always this really really annoying glare. I have used over 12 different textures and always the same result. Is there a way to fix this or no? Because I would love to fix this. Thanks.

Ok, Heres a picture, Though its not as bad as it was because I changed it to snow but it still has the glare.

I think it is the Sun, So how do I make the sun glare lower? I had it at Inferno texture but the glare was so High I had to take it off. If theres any way to fix this please tell me. Thanks.

I once changed the sun glare... I took it away. It was through console commands a LONG time ago. No clue if they still work, or even what the commands are.

Oh, and Am I the only one that it does this to? Or is there other people?

Did you replace or remove the specular hilight map for that tile?
