I would really like to change the Dreamweave vest to the Felheart Robes for my 49 twink. I know the basics of model editing, i just started recently, but i understand that theres no m2 file for chest pieces. So im kinda lost here.

only possible with dbc editing... its really really easy, guides probably floating around some where im sure
