Is model editing at all possible in WoW's current form?

I'm interested too. I downloaded some old MPQ's but I'm so noobish I'm not even sure how to use them and can't seem to find it on the how-to section.

old patches shouldn't work. you must rebuild it. also you veeery bad (or lazy) searchers both. all threads for basic model replacing are exist. even not twice and with different methods.

In WotLK Model editing was much easier, in Cata Blizzard made it harder, but we found a way and it is still very possible.

I've been playing around with EverMorph.

Not sure if that is true model editing... but seems to work for the current patch.
