NE male head--> UD male head fix :)

Ok so after serching every single page in these request forums without any luck about NE male --> UD male helm fix, i decided to ask here if someone a bit cleaver and better in model editing could fix this for me
I would be so nice since its the only problem atm i am having in Model editing And i think many others could be happy aswell about this
