    Any Class Spell Effect -> Skull of Guldan? Possible?

    The on Use effect of the skull of guldan is reaaaaly quite gnarly:

    Anyway i was wondering if that kind of visual effect is replaceable on other class skills?

    Maybe Cloak of Shadows or Frost Armor or something. (mage/rogue main here ¬_¬)

    I thought it might not be possible as it just looks like some sort of shader effect to me, not any kind of replaceable part of the .mpq.

    Somebody care to shed some light on this idea?
