I noticed that my texture edits for robes and clothing wouldn't load on the model, in fact they wouldn't appear at all so I decided to just throw a texture through the converter both ways, I decided to use Robe_Blood_A_01Red_Chest_TU_F, which is the torso upper portion of the blood elf warlock starting robe for females.
Upon extracting the file size was 22.4 KB, after converting to a TGA through the converter it was 32.0 KB, converting back to a BLP file it was down to 11.8 KB file size. I thought this was a little odd but I put it into a MPQ file (with the right treepath of course) and when I went to make a new female warlock the upper torso portion of the robe was completely gone revealing the shirt that was worn underneath the robe.
This problem has been plaguing me for weeks now, the converter seems to work fine where game objects, world edits, and creature edits are concerned. But not clothing or character texture edits.
And before someone asks all I did was take the blp I extracted and ran it through the converter, I didn't open it in photoshop. I'm using the BLP2TGA converter.
Any help would be appreciated.
