[Question/Request] Unused skins for Blood Elves in WMV

I have a patch that was just dbc editing that allowed blood elves to access all skins and faces for any class, i.e. a rogue could have the white dk skin with the glowing blue eyes.

I was wondering if anyone was capable of making the other skins in WMV available for player use. The ones I'm referring to being BloodElf(gender)Skin00_100-105 in the Common.MPQ, the ones with the blue undergarments.

I believe this can be done through dbc editing like making the patch I have would, I'm just unsure how to edit a dbc file myself or what values to use, I can upload the patch for someone to look at if they'd be willing to do this.
