Retexturing robes

Ok, that's my problem



I retextured the warlock's initial robe, and everything is ok but the sleeves and the skirt... I changed ALL files (I did two attemps) but the sleeves and the skirt (That aren't stuck to the body) still not working. I saved all the files in indexed mode (I think). Should I save them on another formate or something? What happens then? Does it happen to anybody else?

Robes have 6 texture files

• The Main part- Chest
• The Main Part- Chest 2
• Secondary part - Kilt Part 1
• Secondary Part- Kilt Part 2
• Sleeves Part 1
• Sleeves Part 2

Ensure you retextured the Sleeve and Kilt texture too. If your doing the Human robe, try looking for these textures
