[QUESTION] How to export CTM weapons to WLK client ?

Hey guys, I face a serious problem when I try to make some patch to import CTM(4.03) weapons to WLK(3.22) client. I've done this kind of thing before, import WLK item to TBC, such as display s8/t10 in TBC.
But it doesn't work now, when I export the .blp+.m2+.skin file from CTM(4.03), rename them, and make MPQ patch in DATA folder, nothing show up in the game, or it might cause game crash. I just wonder does BLZ make some changes to the .blp .m2 .skin file in CTM?? I've found s9/t11 Sets in CTM's MPQs, and I really like them
