[Help/Request] Skin Issue/Sound Swap?

Okay, I hate asking questions like these, they make me feel like a total nuub.

1. So I downloaded the Belf --> Alexstrasza skin, while I had the TrF--> Lady Sylvanas Skin. I applied the Alexstrasza skin, booted up WoW (I'm running 3.3.5a btw), and the Sylvanas Skin wasn't working. Reloaded, this time Alexstrasza skin doesn't show up. I was wondering if they are referencing some mpq file at the same time and thus can't fire, or what?

2. I was wondering where I could find the sound files for Lady Sylvanas so I can replace the Troll Female sound files with those ones.
