[Help] Player Character Model becomes black when reskinning

Okay.. I've just learned to reskin and I enjoy it very much. So much infact that I tried to make a character with custom skin. But, I have stombled upon yet another problem. When I try to reskinn the character, and when I log online it becomes all black. I've tried so much, so I frankly don't know what to do

I have tried
BLP -> Png (Then photoshopped) -> Blp
BLP -> TGA (Then photoshopped) -< Blp
Tried using index colours
Tried to modify the entire of a customisable character.

Are you using extensive white/black colors? If so, try changing your RGB settings in photshop and save it that way. Did you also convert > edit > convert into blp > convert back into PNG and checked how the texture looked lijke? If it got a whole different look (colors are different/pixelated etc) then maybe the BLP converter is corrupt. If nothing is wrong with the texture, try saving the texture in paint and then do the usual conversion progress.

Well, I know it should work, because I did the exact same for my other models, such as Ashbringer and Rexxar- it worked perfectly, and it also worked on some other mobs. I did start with Extracting blp then covert to PNG and then convert back to PNG. Doing in it in Paint doesn't really work for me either. I simply dont know what to do.
