[Help] Player Character Model becomes black when reskinning

Okay.. I've just learned to reskin and I enjoy it very much. So much infact that I tried to make a character with custom skin. But, I have stombled upon yet another problem. When I try to reskinn the character, and when I log online it becomes all black. I've tried so much, so I frankly don't know what to do

I have tried
BLP -> Png (Then photoshopped) -> Blp
BLP -> TGA (Then photoshopped) -< Blp
Tried using index colours
Tried to modify the entire of a customisable character.

lol NINJA! hehe very cool with her eyes. I see what you mean.. I don't have any experience with any re-skinning with any model or editing mount/weapon, though, i sooo wish i did!.. :P I've pretty much read all what i possibly can here on how to remodel things but most guides that explain just don't really explain it quite clearly enough for me, that or I'm totally being dumb lol ::confused:

are u using the latest patch?
because I dont think it works on the latest patch. people will have to come up with a new method to make these edits work after most major patches.

If u aint on the new patch then I dont know, but I know that if wow doesnt load the file correctly it will be green and now since it is black it is probably loading correctly its jsut something with the file or with wow.

Sorry that I cant be off more help, im not realy an expert at these things.

Well I use 3.3.5, I have no idea why it turns out this way.
