Custom made npcs?

Hey, I was wondering if it is possible to create your own npcs and add the gear you want them to wear? (for example like creating them in a model viewer then add them in-game or something like that)

So if I got you, you want to create a npc and add it ingame? That's only possible on privat servers. As far as i know, you can only choose existing models.

I never intended to do it on live servers, duh Do you know how to do it? (on a private server)

This is not the private server section, go over to Questions & Requests and ask your question or go Guides & Tutorials and look for a tutorial there are lots of them.
