How do I model swap something?

I've searched for a guide and etc because there has been A LOT s*** added to the wow folder I put the file on various places but nothing works, this is what I'm trying to get to work. Help is highly appreciated and will be +reped.

You need to extract the files in a folder called patch-z.MPQ , you don't put that MPQ in that folder but only the raw files. Don't know if you have tried that.

Don't really get where your goin'. Should I extract the file/s INTO another file or put them in a folder? Can't find any file or folder named "Patch-z.MPQ" either.

So I don't put the .MPQ there? Just the wow files? O_o?

EDIT: Ok I think I got it but how do I get the content OUT of the .MPQ file?

Can't get it to work, this is how it looks atm.

I also tried without any folders to have the files in but that didn't work either, what am I doing wrong?
