can't really see how to do it tested it and it didn't work for my poison edit so maybe I missunderstand them or it's not working

Its not just about nudes, it works with any texture edit, meaning mount edits, armor edits, wall edits, load screen edits, ect. You simply need to open your mpq and change the hash table to 4096 (0x00001000)

Race/creature Swaps also work.

The only thing left to figure out are real edits that actually change an existing model. Haven't heard of anyone working trough DBC either so far.

Darknest has some fine editors, there's no need to be condescending.

I found after reading on that site that you can get texture edits to work (for example, hair color) if you extract the contents of a custom mpq you've made and then re-create the mpq. When you recreate it, however, you have to disable compression. You do this by going to tool > rules for adding files and changing the line that says "*.???" to "Don't compress." After you repack the mpq this way, if you make any changes to it (add/remove files) it will break and you have to repeat the process. I followed these steps and got my hair colors working again.

As for model editing... I've tried several things, but haven't gotten anything to work. I tried repeating the above steps for a model edit, but it just crashed my game.

i just used a patch that changed Citadels enforcers claymore to the broken frostmourne it worked.

Until someone figures out how to get altered DBCs and/or altered player character M2s to work, race swaps won't be possible. There's no point in even requesting it until someone figures those things out.

And for the record, the people at Darknest appear to be working on the problem a lot harder than the people here. And without any childish trolling or points incentives.
