no eyes, no jaw, ud male

i´ve got a problem with the gnome female > ud male change.
There is no jaw and no eyes.

I used the search, but stll dont find any fixes, but i founda thread, where someone say, its possible.

So, can someone create such an fix?

Would be very very nice
