oooh my days, did it just not change the animation? are you using rank 11 flash heal?

yup. using the right rank and it has the same animation like nothing changed.

The solution to this problem is do use Spell.dbc from patch-enUS/GB-3.mpq

You are using enUS/GB-2 or 1, which is causing it to crash.

nono my new one used the enGB-3.MPQ which didnt crash but apparently it dosent work which is what im trying to fix.

if it isn't working with enUS-3, try changing field 47 and 133 in that Spell.dbc, some values may be different and needs field 47.
