Failed to replace skin

Okay, I tried to replace orcs normal skin which you can find when you make player, this skin is named " OrcMaleSkin00_00.blp " now I made a new patch " Patch-4 " and added the Mag'har skin which cant be found when making a char, but i renamed the skin to " OrcMaleSkin00_00.blp " but when i then go to make a char with Mag'har skin this comes instead

so you can see, I doesnt have pants on him, but it still shows pants, he's completely green, except his face, which i wonder why.....Anyone know how to fix / help me?
