Reskinning Problem

I'm reskinning the Season 4 armor set for Priests and swapping it with the Relentless set. However I've ran into a problem getting some of the parts to show in game.

Reskinning and getting the shoulder pads in game worked just fine, however the rest show up as a green skin. First I thought it was a problem with the .mpq tree path but I can't see anything wrong with it. I also tried reconverting the .blps to TGA/PNG but that didn't fix it..

Green texture means that the .blp itself is corrupted. Have you tried saving the textures first in indexed colors?

Yes, now the texture's completely white in game and in Photoshop when converted back to .png. I used Exact Palette and None Forced for indexed color if that makes any difference, I'm not very experienced with Photoshop.

It can also be a problem caused by the BLP converter. Use an blp > png converter.

That solved it, I downloaded another converter called BLPConverter and forced it to run with the /F option which seemed to be specifically for clothing textures.
