[Question] Race reskin problem

Hallo, I've run into a problem while trying to reskin draenei's

Im using the same method I would use for armor reskining

Open MPQ in MyWarCraftStudio
extract the .blps as .tga
recolour in photoshop
convert the .tga back to .blp
create the mpq
insert the files with the path "CHARACTER/Draenei/Male"

Now it shows that edited skin from the wowmodelviewer, but when I try to select that specific skin from the character cration screen ingame it just applies texture from the previously selected skin.

I fixed the problem here, certain skins it seems don't respond well when being converted back from a TGA file for some reason. exporting as BLP then editing as a PNG fixed my problem.
