Model edit is bugged or so?

I download tauren male to dwarf male model.Then i rename it to patch-7.mpq and copy it to my data folder.But my new shiny dwarf is standing before me with cow face and green beard?what i'm doing wrong?

Think only the skins are changed and not the model itself.

Dwarf with tauren face is ugly,but this amazing green beard covers around 40% of face.Anyway,i want a normal dwarf,not green bearded monster

Ah read it wrong, but it seems green texture = it is missing a texture, and tauren face means the face blp is not correctly swapped.
