Update ModelSwapper from Glitchy

Hey guys.
I´ve been using the ModelSwapper for a long time, but i am still not able to get items from ICC 25 to appear on the list of items i am able to swap to. can anyone tell me how to update this amazing tool?

If you give me link to the dl the file I might take a look at it.

You have an option to do so somewhere in the menus (retrieve from wowhead or whatever). I know I added all missing items a while ago via that.
