    How do I change the weather on RETAIL

    How can I change the weather, ON RETAIL, so that its raining at 10,000 intensity in every region, and if possible, make the sky really dark and cloudy? Also, how can I control the environmental lighting?

    The machinima tool is only related to skyboxses.
    The weather atm can't be changed because this is a server related thing ^^
    Not possible on retail. Sorry.

    Never mind I found out how to do weather intensity. Would I be able to replace some weathers with others? Like instead of it being foggy or snowing, for it to be raining?

    No you cannot, but you can change the color of rain for example into white for snow and maybe work with the intensity and density to get a good result.
