Edit item texture

How to change texture of item with croping part of texture (for example lady's neck)
I will try some guide here on forum but still error texture (green texture in game)

Green texture means texture is incorrect. It needs to be 512 x 512 for example, not 510 x 520. If that isn't working too, try indexing the colors in photoshop and then convert it again.

yeah i tried both those and it still is bright green D:!! the weird thing is that i had it work 2 mins before -...-

May u upload your converter ... i download +- 5converters and i think convert tga to blp is bad ...i just try convert blp to tga and without modify tga to blp and still same error so i think error is in converter so anyone can pls upload any working and tested converter ...ty
