Blood Elf to High Elf

Is there an edit that makes Blood Elves look like High Elves? I transferred my paladin at the request of my Horde friends, and I *really* don't like Blood Elves, however, I don't mind High Elves too much.

This seems like an edit people would have already done, but the only one I found crashes with 3.3. Is there a more up to date one? Preferably one that replaces the BEs completely, not just one of the skins (Already have an 80, so I can't rely on the chance that the skin I have is the one that is changed). However, anything will be useful. I can handle the sound files myself, I just need graphics.
