duritar edit almost done, but I need some help.

for the past few days I've been working hard on a duritar edit. I'm almost done but whenever I save with noggit, it takes a large chunk off the ocean next to the ADT I'm currently working on. All the M2s and WMOs load just fine, it just takes away all the water. Any advice as to how I can get this done without missing a huge portion of the water? : /
