[Question] How do you make land (islands, ect.)

Sorry, im extreemly new to model editing.

What im trying to do is make an island. I need some space to build a custom city. I've seen plenty of things on Noggit but it never works for me. How could I build an island?

Building an Island using noggit 3.x have serious problems cuz it doenst save water. I am currently investigating how to make an island in noggit 3 and after that, put the water.

I recommend you to use Noggit 2.4.3, its old but more stable than noggit 3.x

If u dont know anything about noggit, then i recommend you to read the guides about it that are posted in the forums.

The first thing that you will need to do is to raise the land from the bottom of the ocean to the surface. Be sure of what tiles are using for making the island, in order to save them one for one (if u dont know what "tiles" means, you will after you read the guides).

Start with the basic: Create the terrain of the island, and then learn how to put the doodads (objects like trees, rocks, benchs) the wmos (larger objects, like buildings) and how to paint the terrain.

Can you recommend a good download for Noggit. i've tried a few and they havnt worked.
