    Help with editing a reskin

Well basically, I have this mpq file that reskins a Stormpike ram into an Amani War Bear.

The skin is perfect and all, however its double the normal size at the moment.

Id like if anyone could change it into 1.5 of the original size.
    Would rep for the help.

This is the mpq file: patch-e.mpq

I don't really know but what do you mean it is "double the normal size" ? If you mean the BLP file is 1024 x 1024 then you can use a BLP > PNG converter and then edit it in paint, making it a 512 x 512 size. And then do the same thing, PNG > BLP convert and then import it in your MPQ. And as far as I know you can't really make things 1.5 size or something. It must always be 256 x 256, 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024. If you make it like 1000 x 1000 then all you get is a green texture.
