    Need Help with editing moonkin model

    So I've started to play around with model editing for the first time today, trying to change my Druid's moonkin into a furbolg. I don't even know if I'm doing this correctly, but so far I've taken the furbolg m2 and blp files, renamed them, and put them into an MPQ archive. Now I'm stuck and have no idea what to do next or if I did something wrong.
    Right now it looks like this:
