OrF to TaM -> WTB Edit?

So I've found a few fellow model editing professionals that were kind enough to put this model change into their list of finished projects, its just the only bad thing is that upon installing it my originally orc female character turns into a very, very tiny tauren male.
A bit exaggerated, but it's almost as if this patch makes me half the size of a normal tauren.

Is there any way to fix this? Or is just one of those things you have to deal with if I'm messing around with the .MPQ files?

tl;dr, I need a OrF 2 TaM edit, where the tauren is normal size. Or a way to fix it myself.
