Glitchy models

Hello all, i've been model editting for a while and decided to start doing it again, but when I try to model edit I extract the file to edit, and it comes out all glitchy and unable to edit, I was wondering how to fix this.

Did you try re-importing your common-2.mpq? There have been multiple updates in wow so if your now coming back, maybe you haven't updated your new creatures/items etc. Thats what worked for me, But I need more info on what you are trying to model edit.
