I changed the model of Demon Form to Kael'thas.

There is just one little error, I'm as tall as a gnome.

How to fix?

If you changed it via dbc editing, there should be a column where you change it. Check the appropriate dbc file in the wow dev wiki at M3 - WoW.Dev Wiki for which column to edit. Good luck
