[Spell Swap] Mage - Icy Veins to TBC effect

Hai, I really hate to make request post, but I would ask someone who is familiar with model editing to make the new Icy Veins to look like it was in TBC. If you can't remember in TBC IV looked like only blue glow in the hands like you would cast frostbolt all the time. Sadly don't have any screenshot or anything.

Anyways I have no clue how to get the old spell file or anything, but if theres someone who knows about these stuff I would love to get this done, will rep or anything.
