    Rare elite dragon blp

    I can't seem to be able to find the blp file for the rare elite dragon that goes around unit frames. The path used by addons to specify it is "Interface\\TargetingFrame\\UI-TargetingFrame-Rare-Elite.blp"... I searched all of the Wotlk MPQs and couldn't find any TargetingFrame folder, does anyone know how I would find this BLP?

    (I also have the latest Wow version)

    It's in locale-enGB/US.mpq on that treepath.
