    Nogg-It Shadow Problem

It is really annoying when I build something and test it ingame that everything is so dark thanks to the problems with the shadows. Especially when the ADT right next to the ADT i've modified is bright.

Is there a way to remove the shadow problems with Nogg-It? I've tried to remove all shadows with Taliis, but it only removes the actual shadows from objects, the ground is still darker than normal.

    Here's a simple solution:
Use the lift/lower terrain tool on the .ADT. Each chunk will become bright. If the power of the brush is too powerful, tone it down as far as you can (if it's too low though, it won't brighten the terrain, so experiment with different radius and power, try and get the lowest radius/power you can so you don't affect your terrain's height too much). I have no idea why, but it works

Really? I hope it works, +rep for you if it does, i'll test it out after my rated arena! :d

Edit1: It turns bright in Nogg-It, but it's still dark ingame. Do i have to power up the brush a lot? I don't want to make my terrain all messy.

Set the "Shadow Quality" slider (Options > Video > Effects) high enought to get rid of unwanted shadows.

I don't understand how this would work, I tried it and it doesn't work.

Toyoka, if i try what you said it turns bright in Nogg-It, but it's still dark ingame. Do i have to power up the brush a lot? I don't want to make my terrain all messy.

Hm... I'm not sure what else to then. There was a solution somewhere but I can't seem to find it :\ Your best bet is to use the search option and find the topic.
