Old Water Elemental Nova?

I've seen a thread with a request like this before, but no answers then. So if anyone could, PLEASE, turn the current Water Elemental's small frost nova into the big one way back when I'd be very grateful and I'm sure many others would too. Thanks!

I would love this one to It got changed in the BC patch. It was only around during the pre-patch of BC. Vanilla with BC talents. I have the MPQ files if needed ^^
